The aluminium treads provide a secure footing 

Heavy-duty side bracing arms securely lock the steps in the open position, while durable rubber feet help prevent movement during use.

Platform Models

Platform step models feature a robust standing platform

The platform automatically folds flat when the steps are closed, allowing the ladder to be stored and transported more easily.

The platform height is the highest intended standing level. The closed height refers to the overall ladder height when folded for storage or transportation.

Optional Side Handrails

Side handrails are available as an optional extra on selected step sizes.

The handrails are manufactured from strong section aluminium and provide an additional point of contact when climbing or working.

Order two handrails when rails are required on both sides. When ordering one handrail only, please confirm whether it is required on the left or right side when facing the steps.

Handrails may be supplied separately with the required fixings to help prevent damage during transit. A 10mm spanner may be required for fitting.

Choosing the Correct Size

Always select a step size that allows the work to be completed without standing above the highest permitted standing level.

Users should maintain a secure handhold wherever possible and must follow current working-at-height guidance.

Check both the platform height and closed height before ordering. The platform height indicates the highest standing level, while the closed height is the overall storage and transport height.
